Be a Hero

Heroes usually have at least 20 years experience working on high profile projects for world-class businesses.

Most now work independently. Our Heroes are the absolute essence of our business and we have high expectations of them all.

But it’s not all a one-way-street.

We are actively researching and approaching great clients to introduce them to Heroes and generate live issues and briefs which our Heroes can respond to.

We are also actively selling Heroes’ “packages” whereby two or three Heroes are put together to go into client companies and work on specific short sharp shock programmes - brand assessments, innovation and communications audits, assessment of pitch performance and so forth.

We offer new challenges, a supportive structure, an alternative network and knowledge sharing:

New Challenges

We are constantly on the look-out for new and exciting challenges for Heroes. And we have an ambitious PR and business development programme to make sure that we achieve our aims. Global projects, ground breaking initiatives, commercial repositioning and management buy-outs are typical examples.

Total support

We manage the introduction of Clients, structure of the brief, negotiation of fees, scheduling of the invoicing and all the legalities. We only want our Heroes to be brilliant. Leaving the procedural minutiae to the Heroes office means you can give a project your full attention, meet deadlines and timescales and surpass expectations.

Network

Our Heroes are connected types. But we’re sure there’s always someone they don’t know. And quite often, we know that person – usually because they’re a Hero too. We host regular events for our Heroes so that they can meet and learn from each other.

Knowledge sharing

Heroes can also be a source of help for you too. Either as a knowledge bank or as a source of talent for your own project. We have a policy of rewarding reciprocal work.

If you feel that you could be “one of us”, do get back to us so that we can find a time to meet and talk in more detail.
